Pumpkin Soup

4 Tbs butter
1 large onion chopped
1 med leak chopped
1 lb can pumpkin
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp curry
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 bay leaf
1 cup Half and Half add at end

chopped parsley and sour cream on top

Saute the first 3 ingredients.
Stir in next 2 ingredients, lower heat and simmer with by leave.  (remove leaf before serving)
