2-3 lbs chicken parts (thighs)
1 cup (better if less) water
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp whole peppercorns
2 tbs soy sauce
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp salt
1 med onion (quartered)
1/2 Tb cornstarch in 1/2 cup water
boil simmer till tender
